New connects with old

The restructuring of this 1960’s local shopping centre has transformed it into an attractive shopping district. The addition of new shops and housing results in a shopping street and an intimate, enclosed square. We designed a new large supermarket integrated into the square combined with a residential tower above, as an eye-catcher. Through its stylistic design the tower is the landmark of the new, vibrant shopping centre.
