Situated at the end of the centre of Leidsche Rijn, De Parkwachter forms the completion of the emerging Leeuwesteyn Park. We have designed the building so that it has an all-sided appearance and the 1.7 meter height difference is resolved in the lively plinth. The dwellings are planned around four entrances so that they are all orientated towards the centre and the park. In reference to the surrounding architecture the building has a classic structure with a clear division into three parts. The clear structure forms a strict classical grid on all facades. The stately and richly detailed building stands tall by the park.
