Serlachius Museum Gösta

Integration of old and landscape

The new extension of a museum with great cultural value for Finland  will be in a beautiful location alongside a lake. The extension design is twice the size of the original museum and is split into two buildings, which are connected underground. This creates a new entrance plaza with open views of the surrounding landscape from between the pavilions and the existing old villa.
